Handfree Digital Juntion box

Digital Junction Box converts signals from analogue load cells into digital ones, then further process these digital signals into meaningful readings like weight and totalized AD counts according to predefined parameters given to it. Samples of these parameters are capacity, division, decimal place, filter, auto zero tracking speed, weight units etc.

Eccentric adjustment of multi load cells installations is now made easy. It calculates and compensates automatically the span gain of each individual load cell channel.
Each load cell channel is supported by an independent a 24 bit AD Converter, Special linearity compensation method plus all other technologies applied. These enable DJB to provide fast, stable and almost error-free weighing result anytime and anywhere.
Driver software is available to make setup nothing more than mouse clicks, selections on screen and numeric entries by finger tips.

Turn on/off: Remote On/Off through weighing indicator.
Power supply: AC/DC Rechargeable battery.
LED light
Red: Low voltage alarm. The battery needs to be recharged when it is on.
Green: Signal status. Under normal working mode, the Green light on both transmitter and receiver will flash very fast .It means the signal is good, when the receiver lose signal, the Green LED light will flash slowly to search signal, at the same time, the transmitter will enter sleeping mode .when receiver back to the signal area, the transmitter will be activated automatically, the both Green light will flash normally.
Yellow on Receiver: when the indicator is powered on, the yellow light will be on, it means the system is working
Yellow on transmitter: it will be on when the AC is on (battery recharging), the
Yellow light will change to Green when battery fully recharged.
Note: Please keep the ON/OFF on transmitter always be on, unless it can not work normally, In this case, Re-start the system. |
